1. Accepted Payment Methods

Farm To Grow Agribusiness accepts the following payment methods for orders:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment can be made in cash directly to our delivery agent upon receipt of your order.
  • Mobile Money: We accept payments via major mobile money platforms available in Sierra Leone. Instructions for mobile money transfers will be provided during checkout.
  • Bank Transfer/Check: For bulk orders or institutional clients, payment can be made via bank transfer or company check. Please contact our sales team for details.

2. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in Sierra Leonean Leones (SLL) unless otherwise specified.
  • Full payment is required before or upon delivery/pickup of goods, depending on the chosen payment method.
  • For mobile money and bank transfer payments, orders will be processed once payment confirmation is received.
  • Prices for products and services are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Invoicing

An official invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email address once your order has been accepted and processed. For specific invoicing requirements, please contact our accounts department.

4. Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your payment information. All mobile money and bank transfer transactions are processed through secure and reputable financial institutions. We do not store sensitive payment card details on our servers.
